The PLS 26 is a strip-down of the high-end PLC test system PLS 2104/PLS 2015 and PLS 2016. The PLS 26 covers 86 MHz for SiSo as well as MiMo PLC devices. It has its own AC-source/rectifier with attenuators, line slope filters and noise injectors. The device allow for separation of AC and DC transmission signals, as well as for extension to additional PLS-26 in case more than 2 PLC under test are required. It is remote controllable with CLI commands in a Telnet session. The GUI is accessible from the display. A safety on-off function of the AC source protects the test engineer.
